Same experience as Jennifer K... Zuzanna Kessler seems to basically run the property management business, and all she seems to know how to do is lie. If her lips are moving, she's probably lying. Shy lied to me three times before completing the lease. They refuse to make basic repairs, they raised the rent above market levels for their crappy apartments, and they constantly threaten to sue their tenants for things like their own failure to process rent payments. Renter be ware! Zuzanna Kessler and her company seemed to be very nice when we were renting from her company but she continued to raise the rent high then when we moved out made charges for the smallest infractions that already existed before we moved in. We never documented it and even though she verbally agreed they were pre existing she still charged us over 1,000 out of our security deposit. This is how she makes her money!
