This was the first agency my wife and I contacted. we found a property that fit our needs, we fit the criteria despite the fact their requirements are excessive compared to other local agencies. when we indicated we would need a week or two to make the required deposits you would have thought we were Hobo's looking for a hand out. if your not millionaire's or have a *** and Barbi life don't even bother

I have found that the people who answer their phone to be rude and condescending. No wonder that the BBB gives them an unfavorable rating. Don't deal with these people if at all possible.
The worst company my landlord and I have ever dealt with!!! They are THIEVES!!! I told my landlord the fees they were charging me and he told me how much they were charging him so he decided to terminate his contract with them at the END of his contract. They waited two months to send any paperwork and charged him $1186.00 Cancellation fee. They have been reported to the BBB and he is taking them to court!!! They also charged a $40 fee to use my credit card to pay rent during the COVID 19 closing. DON'T USE THEM!!!!
One of the worst rental experiences we’ve had. Unclear, and unrealistic expectations. Ambiguous charges for things that, when asked about, they won’t reply. They took half our security deposit and said it was for a water mark left on the counter and one of the six bulbs in the chandelier was out. Terrible, greedy business. Do NOT take a chance with them.
RE: RTucker Review: Perhaps next time you should check the batteries in your thermostat first. Especially when the display shows the batteries are dead. It would help avoid having no heat for several days and paying for a service call.
Have no heat for 6 days, called maintance/office was told could not fix for several days and was also told/asked you cant go without heat?? , only offered us 33.33 a day towards a hotel. Then offered 1 space heater for a 3 bd 2 bath home.
This property management company should be ashamed of themselves. The property I rented from them was deplorable. It was filthy and disgusting from the moment I moved in. In fact, they had to get a cleaning crew in (again) the day after I arrived. They told me they had a cleaning crew there for 10 hours prior to my moving in which had to be a flat out lie. A1 of Prescott is the worst decision we made. After only three months as the manager of our three-year-old condo, they "fixed" the toilet so it leaked and flooded one of the bedrooms. Then they tore out the bedroom carpet, and NEVER TOLD US! After 30 days of no showings, we decided to put it on the market. Our realtor discovered the damage. They wouldn't take any responsibility.
