Five star service from Ken who juggled us with a busy toddler along with a very cranky and impatient older couple while mattress shopping. He was phenomenal! Informative, helpful, never pushy, and I would buy from him again! Also, Macy's prices were great. I never knew they sold furniture and had done a lot of shopping around. 10/10 recommend.

Worse customer service....waited weeks for sofa & after spending $1100, they delivered damaged. One side was crushed in top & arms of sofa & wouldn't even discount so they could keep the $55 delivery fee. They talk me into trying it because the leather will pop back up...lol. 10 days....nothing still damaged The reason why it was damaged it's because it' Sat in their truck @ their warehouse for 2 weeks in 85 degree weather awaiting for someone to unload.... I will never purchase furniture from Macy’s again. Purchased a couch in December and am still getting the run around about when the product will be available at their warehouse. When asking to speak with a supervisor, numerous times, they always say that I cannot be connected. Nobody has a clear answer on when I can expect the furniture I spent thousands of dollars on. Along with this, my sales person has given many false updates. Our arrival and delivery date have been pushed out by MONTHS.

I would never buy any furniture from Macy’s again I spent thousands of dollars on furniture and I can’t even get through to these people because they changed all the dates for my furniture was going to arrive I’ve been on the phone passed over seven times for over an hour
