Zack was very knowledgeable and professional. Fixed my broken spring and got our door working so I could get my car out! Got a quote to replace it in the future from Nicholas. He wasn’t your typical pushy sales guy. He gave me all of the information to make an informed decision. I would recommend either of them and will call to schedule a replacement soon!
Tim from A1 Garage Door Service came out to replace a broken spring and did a great job. He installed a high-cycle torsion spring since we use this door heavily throughout the day, which was the right call for our setup. He was on time, professional, and explained everything clearly before getting started. The work was done efficiently and the door is running smooth and quiet again. Overall, really solid experience and I’d definitely recommend A1 and Tim for garage door repairs.
Our technician George was very professional and knowledgeable. He inspected our issue and addressed it to us and explained what steps we need to take to resolve it.
