Tim from A1 Garage Door Service came out to replace a broken spring and did a great job. He installed a high-cycle torsion spring since we use this door heavily throughout the day, which was the right call for our setup. He was on time, professional, and explained everything clearly before getting started. The work was done efficiently and the door is running smooth and quiet again. Overall, really solid experience and I’d definitely recommend A1 and Tim for garage door repairs.
Bryan did an amazing job going over my options for upgrading my garage door opener and explaining the features of each model and financing options. He also did a great job educating me on how to operate the new motor and walked me through download and setup of the app to remotely control the garage door. Outstanding customer service and seamless installation.
Excellent service. Antonio was awesome, he spent quality time tuning up my doors. He explained why my doors were not closing properly and what I need to do to fix them. I am very pleased with the service I received today and appreciate the trustworthy service!
The tech Brian Del Angle was phenomenal. Very friendly, patient and went over all options with good explanation. He also took his time going thru my garage door and did all the maintenance before making recommendations. I did have the additional work done and the door is working perfectly.
Michael did an outstanding job with our garage door tune-up and new opener installation.
