If you are looking through reviews to find a thorough, polite, punctual cleaning service this is the one! after we have just moved we contacted A1 to have our carpets clened as the last person left them a bit of a mess. Tom arrived on time and got straight to work. after cleaning half of our lounge the difference was so noticable! I was gobsmacked, I knew it was grey but i thought it was dark grey. Thank you so much for making our new home smell, and look great!

I used Google Search to get someone in the Thanet area to clean my carpets at short notice. I called A1 and was advised that they would give me a call back. Within 5min I did indeed received a call back. Tom asked a lot of information regarding the condition of my carpets , e.g was there any staining etc, and did I know what caused the stain.
