Very very rude. Unprofessional. Technician told me to SHUT UP when I was trying to explain what was wrong with my refrigerator and that their company had been out previously. I was still under warranty. I was told that no technician would be sent to my home to honor the warranty without me paying again. Found out from a reputable company the repair done by this company should never have been made.
