Came by to inspect my current HVAC system. Never returned with a quote or sent any other communication. We were recommended A1AC and the owner was very informative during the onsite inspection of our current system. Unfortunately, they never showed back up to provide a quote or sent any further communication. I'm not sure if we just fell off the radar but some form of communication would have been helpful. Marc went above and beyond great service
They did a great job. I'm happy with the price, with the equipment they installed (furnace, AC, thermostat) and the job they did. They actually did more than required by the contract, salvaging and installing the humidifier from my old furnace. The door to my basement was broken (before they arrived) and they fixed that as well. Also, they were pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone.
