This is absolutely the best dentist I have ever been to, and I have been to several with my kids. The office staff was also great, the made feel welcome and answered all my questions. The dentist made me feel comfortable and explained every thing to me. Dentist even took extra time with my youngest to put her at ease about her dental visit instead of referring me to a children¿s dentist.
Received Excellent Service! I was very satisfied more so with the fact that my sons Dentist called me in the evening to check how he was doing & gave me her personal home phone number if I had any questions or concerns WOW!!!! Never had I had a dentist offer that I was very pleased & Happy with the service all the way around Keep up the good work!
I visit 332 9th Street, Park Slope, Brooklyn, NY 11215 ( between Ave 5 and Ave 6). I can't thank Raisa enough for her patience, flexibility and assistance in trying to get my FSA funds released to cover the expenses. I have a lot of confidence in the doctors and am extremely pleased with the work they have done for me. They a highly skilled and work hard to make my visit as pleasant as possible. I particularly appreciate them taking the time to answer my questions and clarify if needed.
Dr. Raisa Shekhtmeyster is the best doctor, she's very concern about you after your treatment. She makes sure your comfortable during your treatment. I would recommend anybody to come see her. Olga (front desk) is very up beat when you first walk in the door, smiling big greeting you. Very cheery person, love it. The assistant that Tanya is very helpful too. They were really helpful to me. I would like to say thank you to AZ DEntal in Park Slope for the excellent service that they showed me. THANK YOU AGAIN!
Everyone at A-Z Dental is amazing. They are extremely friendly and helpful. They are sensitive to all my needs. This is the best dental office I have ever been to. I want to sincerely thank everyone there!
Everyone there is always very friendly and helpful. I see them handling a heavy load of patients and are usually very busy and still they make me feel comfortable and welcome. I think this is THE BEST DENTAL office in Brooklyn. Thank you.
I was scheduled to have my 3 and 4 year old both seen for a cleaning. My 3 year old had never been to the dentist before. The staff was wonderful, especially dental assistant Tanya. Both my boys had everything done and we were out the door within an hour. I was expecting some screaming and tantrums but the staff was wonderful. Dr. Shekhtmeyster and Tanya were very friendly and patient with the kid. Thank you! We will be coming back in the future
A-Z Dental has always been very accommodating ad helpful. The team has worked with me during these difficult times to offer payment plans as to not delay needed care. I've been extremely pleased with the flexibility and customer service.
