Hard to beat this service... – I just want 4 things in any auto bodyshop: knowledgeable staff, service, attention to detail and an honest price. A-Z auto has it all as far as I'm concerned. Located right next to the Porter T and definitely worth your business. Keep up the good work guys!
Professional work-superb customer service My husband and I brought my 99 Camry to A-Z in Sept for a dent in the front side. Ruis was very polite and accommodating, taking us 5 minutes before closing time when I called up. They worked around our vacation. We asked if a rust spot on the hood could be fixed as well. Great service – I recently was involved in a minor collision. I brought my "baby", a 2002 Mercedes C240 to A Z Auto and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Rui DeMedeiros, who made me feel as though we had been friends forever. He clearly explained all of my options, the cheapest way to the most expensive. He was very knowledgeable, honest and forthright, and had my trust right from the jump. My vehicle was repaired quickly and with excellent quality. "My baby" looks as good as new! Thanks to all at A Z.
Great service, great work – I took my 1995 Tahoe to A-Z to get both the rear view mirror replaced and the alignment straightened out. I spoke with Rui, who was personable and very helpful. He checked around for the best possible price on a replacement mirror, gave me a fair estimate on all the work I needed and got the job done quickly. The mirror looks great, and my truck is finally riding straight. Great service, quality work. I'd recommend A-Z to anybody.
Finally a do it all place – I am a body, gearhead and electronics buff, and most often very reluctant in allowing anyone else to work on my rides. however, a few minutes conversation with the knowledgeable folks at A-Z and i was convinced i had found the right place. Great work, No Hassles – I had heard good things for years from peeps in my nabe, but had never had the bad fortune of requiring their services. Then recently I suddenly did need some autobody work after a Boston traffic stupidity occured. I interviewed both Lee and "Roy" before giving them my car and was given good vibes on both occasions. i'm glad i trusted the reviews! – i always do research online before bringing my car in (i've been ripped off too many times in the past). so i had a rough estimate from a few places on how much it would cost to fix my brakes and turn signal. the guys at a-z treated me with complete respect, were quick and efficient, and gave me a price lower than any other place i had researched. seriously, a-z, it's really nice to know that there are still honest people out there who do good work!
Great work; honest – Since moving to Boston, I've had a tough time finding a mechanic that I wasn't convinced was trying to rob me blind with add-on costs. After being quoted a huge price for simple repairs at a prominent auto center chain, I brought my car into A-Z in Cambridge and Rui honestly explained everything my car needed done. Excellent service – Brought my car in with electrical problems and they fixed it in less than an hour. Saved me a $92 diagnostic fee at the dealership. Great customer service. Ended up costing less than estimate. Next time I need my car serviced I'm bringing it back to them.
