Extremely warm, helpful, and professional. I never write online reviews but I was so impressed with A-Z Auto Center that I thought it merited my setting up a Citysearch account. My car needed over $6,000 in repairs after it was rear-ended. A-Z made the whole process easy: they dealt with the insurance companies, coordinated my rental, and gave me a 100% realistic estimate of when my car would be ready. I came to A-Z Auto Center after being in an accident. The process was very overwhelming, but the staff at A-Z made it so easy. They handled everything from to rental car to dealing directly with the insurance company. I picked up my car and it looks brand new, even though it's a 2006. Two weeks ago I was driving my brand new 2012 KIA Sportage when a car slams into the rear of my new shiny car. I was so upset when I brought my car to A-Z Auto Center to get repaired they assured me it would look brand new again, Everyone is so professional and nice. Made a Vintage Car Look New Freddy and Ahmad at A-Z made my 26-year-old VW look like a new car. The work exceeded my expectations and the price was very reasonable. Everyone who sees the car is amazed. Fantastic work. Highly recommended.
No evidence of work and they put 24 miles on my car. I dropped off my car to have some scratches and dings repaired, interior cleaned, oil changed, and to look into why the engine light had come on. - None of the scratches and dings were repaired. - The interior was not cleaned at all, there was still lint on the seats and spots on the console. They actually made it worse with a big oily boot print on the driver's side carpet. - The oil was not changed - they didn't even pretend by changing the sticker on top left of the win... read more

Excellent Service – My car, a 1997 Toyota Camry, was "repaired" over the Fourth of July weekend at a local repair shop. The "Check Engine" light was on. A-Z was closed and I had to drive the car over the weekend. The repairs at the local repair shop cost me $2088. Also the mechanic told me I had to return after he returned from vacation because there was a leak in my transmission and would either have to get a new transmission, have it rebuilt, or have it sealed.
