Brilliant doctors amazing staff and the absolute best experience I’ve had at a dentist/optometrist.
I have been going here since we moved to VA, even traveling back down once I moved to Frederick. I love Dr Lucy, but the front office staff leaves much to be desired. I guess if you don't buy your glasses from there (which is out of my price range right now) they don't want to give you copies of your prescription, coming up with whatever excuse necessary to not give it to you.
Friendly and fun staff! Get to watch whatever you want on Netflix while they do what they do. The hygienist and the dentist are great at what they do!
Office staff is extremely friendly, and Dr. Lee took the time to ensure all my questions were answered. Look forward to my next visit for both Dental and Vision!
Finally done with this dentist. Dental care was great, office management is pathetic. They can’t seem to ever get anything correct and there are always insurance and appointment screwups. We had zero balance, then we email to get our records; hear nothing; call repeatedly and now we have a $434 balance. Interesting? Not surprising with their management...
I've been with A Wink & A Smile for several years. I live about 50 miles away and recently tried going to a closer eye doctor and dentist to where I live. I QUICKLY found that was a HUGE mistake and immediately came back to both doctors. I really love both doctors in one office. I will never go anywhere else for our dental and eye care. Been going here for years! The staff and owners rock and I love that I can have my appointments for my eye exam and teeth cleaning in the same place one right after another. They treat me like family! Can't say enough good things about this place! �
