If there was a negative star, I would use it! I took my van in several years ago and had a couple of tires replaced. We had, in the previous few years, used them frequently for service on other vehicles before with no issues. In fact, we recommended them to several people. After leaving, I noticed my van was shaking, so I took it back and asked them to look at it. My husband thought the tires had not been balanced and I asked them specifically about that.
