Your management at springwood is incompetent. The worst place I have ever lived. the apartments are NOT up to code. electrical outlets, wooden stairs my windows don't lock, and when I make a work order, I have on several different occasions waited for maintenance to only wait more. I again go to the office to see what the hell is going on they don't have or can't find a work order. then when someone shows up to do repairs they have no clue what they are doing.
