Katie did an outstanding job today. She was prepared and asked specific questions from my intake notes. She was able to squeeze all areas of concern into today's visit. She also managed to gain my business on a regular basis with the recurring services charge and schedule. I can't wait for my next visit in two weeks as she continues working on the troubled areas. I am also very pleased with the Sunday availability.
