Owner Kurt Williams lives on site with his family so your precious little one will be cared for and attended to day and night.

All of the other reviews have said it, and I totally agree. Not only are the prices more than reasonable (about HALF what I paid previously at petsmart), the people and the atmosphere here are top notch. Additionally, the people who work there are incredibly knowledgeable. My girlfriend and I are pretty picky when it comes to selecting services for our family. Props to A-VIP Pet Resort, they are reliable, trustworthy, and convenient. We went on vacation for a week and we were very happy how they take care of Cocoa, our 2 year old Poodle. We took our daughter on a cruise for her graduation. The only problem was the ship wouldn't take her jack russell. Thank goodness for A-VIP Pet Resort. We took her dog for 7 night boarding and were quite pleased. It's hard because Shelly's dog is like her child but the people there seemed on top of things and also warm and welcoming. We have been taking our Lab Ava to A-Vip Pet Resort for awhile now and this is the best place we have ever left her. She comes home relaxed and well adjusted - there have been other places we have left her where she seemed traumatized by the experience. The staff is so kind and loving. You can tell that they love working with the dogs. There are always fun activities to sign her up for and we love seeing how much she enjoys going there. You cannot go wrong leaving your dog with A-Vip Pet Resort .
The cleanest,safest and most exclusive Pet Resort. My dog enjoys being here, I trust the staff and that they would take care of my dog.
Staff is fantastic. The premises is very clean. I've boarded my very finicky chihuahua here two times, and both times it has been obvious that she'd been treated well. She didn't lose any weight (in the past, she has refused to eat because she hates the kennel so much) and has not pooped on the floor when she gets home (in defiance, I'm assuming). Both are solid indications that she's well taken care of and comfortable at the kennel. Yay!
I had a negative experience here too. I had boarded my three dogs there while I searched for a home that would allow "3 aggressive breeds" and I was paying about $600 a month in boarding fees (i brought my own dog food). I started having money issues and asked if I could pay them partially. they said no. So I showed up the next day to give them half of the money I owed them for the month and they resfused to take it and said my dogs were given away. They refused to tell me where they... read more
The groom done in here always turnout great. They must do something good because my doggy actually enjoys coming here when I bring her. I am greeted with a friendly smile. I love it.
The Owner of VIP pet resort is PURE EVIL, I read ALL the reviews and I wanted to give this Wicked person the benifit of the doubt before I wrote this review, DONT BRING YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS - its very a bad place, and I learned the hard way of course. Dont even THINK of dropping them off in any emergancy situation.
