Picked our dog up on Saturday 4/13/19, Carrie was conducting 2 transactions at once and used our card to pay someone elses' balance. She charged our card $360 and when we pointed it out she charged us our $75 and supposedly ran a credit on our card for $360. I understand mistakes happen and banks are slow to refund cards. I called on Friday 4/19 at about 9am - 6 days later - because we haven't received a credit of $360. I was told to call after 10 to speak with Roe, the Manager. We have called our credit card service to help expedite the refund. I love the caring atmosphere. All the dogs are treated very lovingly.
The owner and staff are very attentive and professional. If we were going to board our furbabies it would be here.
it's a great place where all the animals are well taken care of with ladies like Kim and Beth going above and beyond to make sure all the animals are happy and healthy . lots of dogs up for adoption as well .
I was fooled by this place a couple of times. Don't you be. I am giving AVIP Pet Resort one star for at least having our dogs alive when we picked them up. We have three dogs. One of them was bitten by a Mojave Green snake at our property 80 miles north of Las Vegas on July 1st. We rushed him to an emergency after hours clinic in St. George, Utah.
