They did such an amazing job! I brought in my mom's rings to make an engagement ring with my now fiancé. We expressed we wanted to do something special but unique. They did an amazing job on resizing and replacing one of the princess cut diamonds that had gotten chipped. My ring was, I feel, complex so not easy to do. They were great communicators on how they would do the work and options to keep it affordable. I am very happy to find 'my jeweler'! Many, many kudos!!

My now fiancé and I stopped in on a whim as we were walking around downtown, and I immediately loved this jewelry store. Family owned, small, and intimate! When we walked in we weren't shopping for a ring, but the gentlemen allowed me to try on whatever I wanted, was patient and gave us little facts about each piece! Amazing service. I visited A trio for repairs of 2 of my necklaces and their work was beyond my expectations. Being an heirloom, one of my necklaces they worked on is extremely important to me and they treated my necklace as if it was their own, going out of their way to ensure that I was happy with the outcome. I will go back again and again for all of my future jewelry needs.

I was extremely lucky to win the designing of my fiancé's band at a bridal show, but even luckier to have it done by A Trio! We were so pleased with the friendliness, warmth, honesty and advice we received from the A Trio staff. We will be returning for my wedding band as well!
