Tom has been my realtor for the past 26 years. He has helped me buy and sell houses on five different occasions. Never once have I regretted having him as my real estate agent. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The thing I like best about working with Tom is his ability to tell you the pros and cons of a situation and but never push for the sale. In my opinion, he goes the extra mile to make sure his clients feel like they are his first priority and are happy with the entire home buying/selling process. I highly recommend working with Tom, you will never want to buy or sell a house with anyone else.

Tom Wood and his whole team made the whole process very easy. We had some hiccups on the buyer side, but they were able to get a new buyer and sold my house very quickly. They also helped me buy a new house! They were always attentive and provided me with updates on every step of the process. I would definitely recommend this team!

We were moving out of state and hired Tom and his team to get our home sold. Within days photos were taken and our home was on the market, and within 5 days we had a signed contract which Tom negotiated to get us top dollar! Every step of the way from inspections to closing Tom and his team were readily available to answers all our questions. I highly recommend Tom if you are buying or selling! Tom and his team are truly hard workers and we couldn't be happier with our home selling process!

We met about Tom a year ago and knew that if we were to sell our house Tom would be the one to list it. We had list it and had several showings and we sold it very quickly. Tom was there every step of the way and we are very glad we listed with him.
