My husband rented a tool from here and got it home it was missing a part. He called and they said they could bring it in a little while. 2 hours were wasted waiting. He then made two cuts with it and it stopped working. He returned it and told the OWNER this and the owner accused him of tampering with it, mind you we have the entire usage on our camera system and my husband told him he had video footage of him using it and it stopping, the owner refused to make it right and said there was nothing they could do.. I rented from this place so many times I had a couple problems with your trailers and this time I rented a scrubbing machine for the floor. They charge me $450 for one day rental. I picked it up at three in the afternoon on a Saturday. What a place they overcharged you for something that doesn’t work right I am very unsatisfied with this place will never rent from them again.
