Service was great, showed up in 20 mins on a Sunday and helped us get into the home
I recently purchased a home, Aziz came to my house to re key all the locks. He came late at night because I had to leave the city. He gave up his Friday night to help with my urgency. He gave sound advice to me to avoid being upcharged on locks I did not need. I would recommend this locksmith at any time at any place.
Not reliable; I don't recommend. I called in the morning around NOON and he didn't show up until AFTER MIDNIGHT! He kept delaying and saying that he's almost on his way the whole time. After the job, he never sent me an invoice so I missed out on getting $100 reimbursed from AAA (even after I followed up with him multiple times over the course of almost two months). This is really a field where you need someone who is responsive and can be relied on, and this guy isn't it.
