We have used A to Z for years. However, we attempted to buy carpet for a bedroom/hallway 2 weeks ago. Guy came and measured-A to Z called and said they had to order more and they would call Friday to let us know when it would be in. No call Friday or Saturday or Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday. We went elsewhere and then saved $100.

We replaced our flooring with new carpet and tile. Peggy was so helpful and pleasant. We picked out our materials, they were ordered and came in as scheduled. Then the installers came out and everything was done in 5 days. Adam did a great tile job. The carpet installers were just as great. I just didn’t get their names. In summary, outstanding customer service!!
