Had my jeep towed in to have the transmission rebuilt i was guaranteed 3 to 5 days. They got it on a tuesday and the following monday they still hadn't started on my jeep. Then the following Thursday they called to tell me it was done but there was another problem and they would discuss it with me when i got there to pick it up. I got there to find out that my drivers door handle was ripped off, the whole handle was ripped out of the door and the door was badly damaged. My car was stuck in second gear. When I brought my car in to A Team, Sean was so nice. He got my car right even though they were going to close soon. His technicians started right on my car even though the motor was hot. They took care of me. Now I don't have to miss work by leaving early tomorrow to get here. I recommend A Team whole heartedly. I had transmission repair done and was pleasantly surprised at the cost or repair/replace of our transmission. The communication with the shop was good & i feel like they wanted to help and weren't trying to sell things i didn't need, i appreciate the honesty of this company.
I had a very pleasant experience. They returned my phone calls. Love it and will be back when more work needs done.
