I've been coming here for ten years and spent thousands of dollars here. The owner has been getting increasingly rude with customers and today he told me to come back in a hour because they were busy and had a big group coming in. Then when I asked if I could get a pedicure while I waited they suddenly were not busy and no big group ever came in so it was a big lie. I will not be superbug another dollar in this terrible business.

Today I had the worst experience in this place and I promised I will never ever go back or recommend anyone , I had my nails done once a little bit rushed but it was Ok anyway but then I went back for a fill and they asked me to wait 30 minutes then when my turn come up the guy asked me to go pick a color and as I was picking the color he told me he will have to ask me to wait 45 more minutes because one of the guys could not finish doing his customers nails, well I asked but I waited 30 minutes before sorry we did not say 3... read more

I brought my mother and myself to get pedis. The owner that runs the door made us pay right then before we even received our service. Everybody else that walked in didn't have to pay first. I didn't realize this til we were under the dryer light. That's when two white chicks walked in and he didn't make them pay first and it clicked that no one else had to prepay like us! How rude!

Maybe the people who thought they were rude should look at themselves first. I've been going there for 6-7yrs since they've been by Walmart and the service and product has been stupendous!!!

I was waiting for my friend to get her eyebrows waxed so I was sitting in a chair by the doorway. I had my daughter in her stroller with me. A female employee came over and asked me in a very rude way to move the stroller because it was blocking the doorway. I moved the stroller and asked her not to be so rude to me. Rude and argumentative people. would never go back to this place. People sitting around. Owner is as rude as his male employees. Steven was so rude today. He told me off the get go he wouldn't do my nails because he didn't know how. Really round square and it's only a fill so end product will look the same as on. Right...
