Car they sold us is gorgeous and the frame is in great condition, but they sold it to us with a bubble in the tire and a coolant leak. They have very poor communication and are misleading about the condition of the car. I have seen your reply. As stated, I said “us”. The use of this word implies that the sale was made to someone I am acquainted with. Again, this passive response shows the poor communication skills.
