We had an issue with our system spilling water and flooding our home. We paid for A Superior to come resolve the problem. The technician was very nice but was unable to find the issue. The house flooded again beginning shortly after he left. I’m not trained in HVAC maintenance but was able to determine the cause myself. READ THIS REVIEW. REAL CUSTOMER! This company is not there to help you keep your ac system running. They just want to sell you some crap system. I had this company come out to service my 12 ton system and the tech put the wrong Freon in my ac. Told the system was just not worth fixing. Then tried to sell me a 13000 dollar unit. It locked it up and I was with no ac for 5 days trying to get them fix there mistake. After giving them the chance to make it right, I called AAA Refridgeration to come out and clean out my system. Great company! They have helped my parents get their AC unit back up and running, after having damages from hurricane Michael. I was concerned with them finding a reliable company, since I live several hundred miles away, and hearing what they were going through. This company and their service technician, Chris Peralta, truly went above and beyond to ensure that they had an air conditioner once again.

Our A/C stopped working and we had to spend a few hot nights with our 16 mo old. We called A Superior A/C to get a second opinion after we were told we would have to replace the entire unit. The technician found the actual problem and fixed our A/C in no time. The owner even delivered a stand alone unit for our family to borrow in case it could not be fixed same day. We will definitely be purchasing a new unit from them when the time comes! The business name A SUPERIOR a/c, is spot on!

I absolutely can’t say enough good things about “A Superior” Air Conditioning Company! Their crew took my super old system and put an awesome new one in its place. Very professional, very cool people. They keep saying “we aren’t leaving until this system is install like I would install it at my own house.” And they meant it. I couldn’t be happier with their service. They say they love Veterans and First Responders and they back it up!!

Well they did fix Ac to begin with,the heater was coming on same time as Ac . We said ok we will fix heater later well we had them come back to fix heater and he said he did and gave a checkup on Ac said it was in great shape . Lasted 8 hours and then it was back to hot air blowing Ac would not come on , called them back out and young guy said we need a compressor .
