Nice facility. Staff is very responsive and helpful. And bathrooms are always clean, you can tell they care about their job and their customers
We are moving to Franklin TN from out of town, and picked this facility based on the reviews. I can tell you the reviews you see here are spot-on. This facility is very clean and easily accessible. We moved on a very hot and humid day, and the temperature inside was well controlled. Julia and Harmony were also very helpful in getting us situated into our space and making sure we could get in and out with no problems.
