My move-in experience with Public Storage was frustrating due to a lack of clear communication and instructions. There wasn’t enough information provided before I arrived. I didn’t know a lock was included with my rental, where to find it, or whether I was supposed to break the pink security seal on the unit. There was no employee or attendant on-site to ask for help. Robert in the office is very professional and took great care of me. I highly recommend Public storage, and Robert to anyone.
This is, in my opinion, the best storage facility company available. Prices are fair and competitive and the units are well kept and easy to access. The move in process could not be any more simple, from search, to reservation, to move in was completely online and in the app. We didn’t need to ask a single question as all of the necessary info was provided up front. This is my go to company that I’ve used in multiple states and I’m always well taken care of
