I have used a lot of physical therapy over the years and A Step Ahead is one of the best. My therapist Amy, keeps me on my toes, follows my every move and is right next to me for the full hour. She encourages and pushes me at the right times. The other staff helps me get in when I need to, and makes sure I get to my appointments when I am supposed to. PT can be stressful but OSA makes me look forward to my visits.
I have worked with both Brad and Amy. This is truly an amazing place. Pain is a tough thing to experience and when you have professional, experienced AND caring people helping you along your journey it can be life changing and it was for me. I am thankful for Amy helping me through a difficult time and giving me hope.
Brad has been my physical therapist on several occasions. His personal attention and his knowledge of training for recovery and injury prevention have been a great help in getting me back to an active lifestyle quickly. I highly recommend A Step Ahead for your PT needs!
