My son is 7 and he has been coming here for a little over a year. He receives speech and occupational therapy services from Ms. Shannon and Ms. Pierina! They have been So Amazing with my son's growth and development. This is our third facility in the last three years and I have truly seen lots of consistent growth in my son's behavior, sense of direction and communication. They recently built an indoor gym downstairs and he loves it so much!
Updated: In the beginning, we did have a lot of issues (as I mentioned in my previous review). However, we decided to continue services, particularly with OT, and it has turned into a very positive experience. I’ve noticed so many great improvements over the last several months, and I felt it was important to update my review to reflect that. My son has been attending speech therapy sessions here to work on a speech delay. From the very first session, Ms. Shannon made him feel comfortable and engaged through play-based activities and positive reinforcement. Ive seen a noticeable improvement in his pronunciation, vocabulary, and overall confidence when speaking. Ms. Shannon is patient, knowledgeable, and communicates clearly with me about his progress and how we can support him at home.
