He explained everything clearly, from the cleaning process to the pricing. Miles made sure we were completely happy with the job before finishing. i had set up an appointment with another company, but they couldn't make it and i had already moved all my furniture for the carpet cleaning. so, i called around in birmingham and spoke to miles. even though miles was busy, he was super helpful and referred me to jack. jack really saved the day by fitting me into his busy schedule, even working late into the evening. he did an amazing job cleaning my carpets—they looked brand new after he finished. i'm definitely telling all my friends about this great service.

Very responsive and professional service. The quality of the carpet cleaning went beyond what I expected. Kingston took time to explain each step of the cleaning process and made sure to protect my home by wearing shoe covers, setting up a bug screen, and being careful around the walls. I was especially impressed that the carpets were not left soaking wet like with other cleaners.
