Absolutely terrible! Didn't clean to edges- said stains wouldn't come out- they didn't even try. I didn't have issue doing it when I tried (hired a company who I felt could do a faster more efficient job) but apparently they feel taking money for a half done job is acceptable. Last week they were coming to "fix the issue" this week they can't do it. It's not a stain issue! THEY DIDNT CLEAN TO THE EDGES!

A Step Above again lives up to its name, this time to help get the house ready for holiday guests. I called hoping for help with awful pet stains on carpet and voila--victory! The staff are great--careful, reliable, thorough and great customer service. Highly recommend.
