A Step Above came out to my In-laws house to make a couple minor repairs--not only did they show up ON TIME, with smiles on their faces-they even cleaned up after themselves. IF you know my in-laws you would know exactly how important this is to them. After they left, i got a call immediately from my mother in law raving about how great they were as people, how helpful they were and that her oven and microwave are finally repaired after months of putting it off. Thank you so much for being a great, local business!
They fixed the problem, were on time, and were great to work with.
Had to have the stove connected to the gas line, so called Step Above. Got connected and an explanation about something that had been confusing my husband regarding the new gas connection hose.
Discovering that our dryer wasn't heating late on a Friday afternoon we reached out to A Step Above. They were able to schedule us on Saturday Morning. The technician was polite, professional, and right on time. Our dryer was repaired at a reasonable price with wonderful service. 5 Star!

Mike did a fantastic job fixing both our washer and fridge! He was quick, great prices, and great service! We will definitely call again any time we need a repair and will definitely recommend them to everyone else!
I called in the morning and Mike was out by lunchtime. He fixed our dishwasher and it was a very reasonable price. We would definitely call him again!
