slow service repairs had to call them back because they didn't finish job was told they couldn't get back until 4 days later but owner did come and finish job. when the tech left Friday I ask if owed any more money was told no and then they showed up at my door demanding another $120..i guess I didn't respond to the several phone calls fast enough that were left for me that same day as a business owner myself if I left telling a customer there bills was paid I wouldn't have tried getting more money would have just changed it... read more
As a woman home alone with my kids at the time of the visit, I was very pleased and impressed with the respect and professionalism shown by the serviceman. I often get intimidated by or talked down to by servicemen when my husband isn't home and this was not the case with A Step Above. I was very happy with the quick service and recommendations made about my broken dishwasher and will absolutely use this company again. Highly recommend.

The "Step Above" team are very honest and gave me my options quite clearly. In our most recent experience we decided against repairing our washing machine and they recommended a great local company to get a new one from. I recommend Step Above. We have used them 2 or 3 times in the last few years.

Our fridge "died" and I left a message that night. A Step Above Appliance Repair called me back in the morning and came out the same day. They were fast, efficient, professional, and the fridge works great now! The instructions I was given were clear so that I knew what to watch for in the coming days. The price was fair. And then I got a follow up call a few weeks later to make sure that things were still working well. I would definitely recommend them!
