I would highly recommend this company. We had an issue with our dishwasher and they came right out. The technician was very nice and very knowledgeable, he explained the problem and gave us all the information we needed to make a repair decision. I hope I don't need them again, but If I do I will definitely call them. Good companies are hard to find and this is one of them.

I think you should change your name to: 2 steps above. I called your office on Wednesday and you scheduled me for the next day. Mike was on time very professional and listened to my issues. Took him no time at all to make the repair to my washing machine (Not spinning on high). Thank you Mike. I have already been telling my friends about you and your company.
I had appointment with Mike today at 4pm. I was running a little bit behind got home with 5 minutes to spare and Mike was parked in my driveway. How often does that happen?? I will call A STEP ABOVE APPLIANCE REPAIR for all my appliances issues. No matter how big or small it may be.

I highly recommend A Step Above Appliance Repair. Drew was professional and efficient. He cross-checked his assessment of our dryer issue with the manufacturer and then made a recommendation for another service (cleaning out the vent to the roof) that would solve the problem. He told me the cost before moving forward and made sure I was ok with the cost and the work he was going to do. I will definitely call them again if needed - I was truly pleased with their customer service!
