Spots of imperfection should be the name. I told Athemba my main floor is hardwood kitchen and bathroom. I hoped this would mean she’d show up with the proper equipment. She assured me cleaning was her specialty she did not outsource because that is where she had trouble. I specifically told her I didn’t want to have to check under every bed, all the corners, lift every toilet seat, wipe every counter to make sure it was clean. I was being charged $450 plus $170 fir carpet cleaning. The cleaners don’t speak English and don’t understand what you’re saying. The house wasn’t cleaned at all. The owner sent them back out after I told her they did a poor job and the job still wasn’t done. She offered me 10% off of a horrible service that was never rendered. The cleaners put in google translate that they were never informed of a deep cleaning so basically I was going to be charged for regular service at high end prices.
