The ladies here are wonderful!! I bought a ball gown and she was able to tear it all out and reconstruct it to a fitted dress. And it was exactly what I envisioned my wedding dress to be! They truly care about their customers!!

I went in today looking for a gown for an awards show. I was not guided or assisted in finding a gown in anyway. Basically help yourself and look around. It's tough to look thru bags of gowns when the staff should know inventory an be able to suggest something. She didn't even try to seem friendly. At one point I went over to a rack to look and she said "don't touch those!" Those are sold . I was thinking well if u would have helped me I would have known not to look at them. We apologize for your unpleasant experience! We are short staffed due to our extensive move in three days. As for our sold gowns, during peak prom season we can not keep all the pickups behind the counter. There are simply too many. We keep them all in one location with their sold tickets on them. We do ask our customers not to 'shop' them out of respect to our lovely ladies who purchased them. Again, we apologize for your experience. Sincerely A Special Touch
If you are a woman of color this place is not for you! No matter how long you wait in line the lady will walk right pass you like you don't exist and will continue to help other people in the store. She will not greet nor help you so don't waste time coming here.
I love this place!! The lady's were so nice! They helped in every way possible! & it's such a pretty store! I recommend this place to everyone! :)
