We went into the store said we were there to look at prom dresses and asked if there was a restroom. When we were told no we said we were walking over to Burger King and would be right back. We returned 3 minutes later to find the doors locked and a closed sign on the door at 1:00 pm on a Friday when they were supposed to close at 5:00 pm. If the store was about to close why weren’t we informed when we said we would be right back. HORRIBLE customer service I will never step foot in this store ever again.

I got the most fantastic dress that made me feel gorgeous. I had so many compliments.
Worked with me when I came in without knowing what I wanted. She had to do the alterations twice that’s to my medical issues but still did them as a gift to me for my wedding. I have told all my friends about her and none of them have had a bad experience even when getting formal dresses.

There are going to be two reviews in this one because my soon-to-be sister-in-law doesn't have a Facebook, and people need to know about her experience.
