I used them once successfully several years ago but when I tried to reach them this time, they just ignored my messages despite multiple tries. I gave up and moved on.
They had been recommended to me, but were an absolute disaster. After they saw the worksite, our two friends who had recommended them apologized and said they'd never recommend them again. They cancelled several times for multiple reasons, were two hours late on the day they finally showed up, caused about $1000 in damage that they describe as fine under their contract terms, charged me more than they had quoted, and the guy I worked with (Tyler) called me a "prick" in front of my kids when I complained about their work.
We had a great experience with the whole Southern Tree team. Darren is a professional who will ensure you understand what has to be done to achieve what you are looking to do. The pruning and removal team is equally professional and fascinating to watch. We have already referred them to friends and plan to use them again the near future.
