Customer service/support sucks Customer service/support sucks. I placed a super rush order and paid for overnight shipping because my daughter absolutely needs her prescription goggles and....after waiting 3 weeks for her goggles to be custom made, they shipped the order to the wrong address. For clarification, this wasn't a typo in the address...they actually shipped my order to a completely different address where I don't even reside. Great glasses, best prices and very quick replies! – Shannen on the live chat or replying to emails was very quick, courteous & helpful. I ordered some prescription Bolles and they arrived within their specified timeframe and the prescription was right on! The glasses are excellent quality (Bolles are very, very good in case you weren't aware) and the prices can't be beat.
