On the last day of my Rx, they went that extra mile by making probably a dozen phone calls to my optometrist's call center. Too bad my optometrist dropped the ball but A Sight for Sore Eyes did their best to make it happen. something my Optometrist clearly needs to learn. It took a little while to get my order, mainly because of problems with the supplier, but the sport goggles that i finally got were worth the wait! Thanks again so much for all your hard work. Wish i could offer you more than just a review on Facebook!
We ordered custom prescription swim goggles for our 6 year old son. He is loving them! It has changed his whole attitude about swimming. He is jumping in and riding water slides and feeling the freedom he needed from these goggles. I was impressed with the communication regarding shipping and the timely manner they were sent in (even considering they were a custom prescription) Thank you for your great product! We will order again from you for sure.

Poor service. They didn't tell me my product was on back order. I paid for express shipping which was a total waste of money. When I called customer service they said "it states on our website that products on back order will be delayed". Well, it would have been nice to know my product was on back order. You could have emailed me to let me know. Terrible service, do not buy from this store.
