Great product Great site for kid's prescription swim googles. We unknowingly messed up the order and was contacted by their customer service dept. They corrected our order and it arrived before expected. Our son loves the new googles!
Customer service/support sucks Customer service/support sucks. I placed a super rush order and paid for overnight shipping because my daughter absolutely needs her prescription goggles and....after waiting 3 weeks for her goggles to be custom made, they shipped the order to the wrong address. For clarification, this wasn't a typo in the address...they actually shipped my order to a completely different address where I don't even reside. I’ve been wearing Gargoyle glasses in one form or another for over 20 years. As time marched on, I had to order prescription glasses finally. I ordered a set of prescription glasses in the same style frames I’ve been wearing for the last several years. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ZERO QUALITY CONTROL!!! I AM NOW SENDING BACK FOR A SECOND TIME OVER ISSUES THAT COULD HAVE BEEN CAUGHT IF THEY JUST TOOK TWO MINUTES TO QUALITY CHECK THE GLASSES BEFORE SHIPPING. I SPENT OVER $400 WATER PROOF SUNGLASSES, ONLY TO SPEND THE SUMMER WITHOUT THEM. THEY JUST DON'T CARE WHAT THEY SHIP!!

Rick, I apologize you have had this experience. These are made at an outside lab. That lab has 3 people check it before it leaves that lab. That is the quality control. However, we do usually also inspect them here but mostly to catch any typos or errors we may have made sending the order to the lab. Not checking quality because it is triple checked for the quality. We received the goggles awhile back but our daughter couldn't swim due to the pandemic until this week and try them out. The first day she didn't last in them too long. The regular band didn't seem to allow a good enough seal and they leaked. After switching to a bungie cord the next day, she was in awe of how well she could see underwater and was so grateful. Got new prescription sunglasses from A sight for sporteyes. They patiently answered all of my many questions and helped with an appropriate frame based on my prescription (one of my first choices likely would not have worked well because of the curvature of the frame). The final product was outstanding and the best prescription sunglasses I have ever owned. I'll be buying my glasses here from now on.
I’ve been hoping to find quality prescription goggles for swimming and then I found these!! They’re clear and help make seeing and sighting in the open water so much easier!! Couldn’t be happier!
