QUIRKEY but with QUALITY & WAY ACCOMMODATING – even though I have ayy too many shoes, I was in a real bind.... I needed A pair of shoes shined and a heels on my favorite Pradas for a wedding the next day. No other shops in the area were even willing to consider it in the 'busy season' I was told. Horrible Service – I took a pair of knee high boots there. I asked them to rush them, the didn't. In fact, it ended up taking longer than expected only to find out when they handed me the boots, they were the wrong pair. He had been asking for the wrong boots. He didn't apologize, but just handed me my boots that were sitting on the shelf for who knows how long. Also, the workmanship was not that impressive. I requested a polish and I could have done the same job myself.

Go somewhere else for you shoe needs. – Very poor value at this uptown shoe repair business. The prices are way more then the services rendered are worth and the overall air is a bit uninviting.
