I just love coming to a Shear encounter. I have consistently had the best spa pedicure experience here.Everything is clean and sanitary; they only use high end spa lotion and products. The ambience is relaxing. They don’t have that nail salon smell of fumes and chemical odor that the regular nails shops have. It is slightly more expensive but it’s well worth it!!! I was able to make a last minute appointment for a haircut with less than 24 hours notice! Mandy listened to what I was looking for in my style and did a fabulous job with my short hair! The place is nice and has all the bells and whistles you want in a Salon & Spa.
been coming here since my freshmen year of high school! Indra is great along with the rest of the crew here. They make you feel comfortable and at home and always suit your needs. Unlike other salons, they will tell you what looks good and what looks bad or is a bad idea so you don't walk out as a pumpkin or another obscene color. looking forward to many more years here!
I went there to get a waxing. Needless to say I still had hairs afterwards, so I was displeased with my experience after the $50 something I paid. Then, I was put on their email list--don't ask me how because I can't remember. But since (I went there ONCE in 2012/13) and they SPAM me with emails. I've asked numerous times to be taken off this list, both in email and via phone. I don't even live in the area anymore.
