I’ve call on two different occasions (weeks apart) looking to get a quote. Both times I was told someone would call me in the next few days. I still have yet to receive a call back.

We called up their company multiple times about a tree on our property that was very old and was in danger of falling on a house in the neighborhood. We didn’t get a response. A bad storm rolled in and a segment of the tree fell on our roof and broke a hole through it. Then, we called again and still got no response. This went on for over a year.
