Great chicken sausage & turkey London broil! Whenever hubs works in the area I ask him to pick something up. Last night we had marinated portabella mushrooms with a thick slice of mozz, onion, roasted red peppers & basil. They were delish!!!! We threw them on the grill to warm them up, but I'm pretty certain they can be eaten cold. Tonight, I'm making sauce with some of their beef braciole!
