A Royal Flush was accommodating...accepted the job and agreed to schedule job ASAP. He was punctual, arrived on time promised and polite. Job cost was reasonable and technician was professional.

They were in, assessed the issue quickly, and the work done in no time for a reasonable price. While they were a little late, they called to let me know about the delay. All I ask is that people keep you inform if they are running late. Will use again if I have another drain problem

The "firm" in which he is referring to is a company I've been using for over twenty years for excavating and septic repairs. They did exactly what they said they would do for the price quoted over the phone, and then some. The work he said was "not complete" was to snake a drain that had nothing to do with the septic system, and nothing to do with why he was there. Everything was working fine when he left. I also did what i was asked to do for the price quoted. I guess you can't please everyone, Glenn
