I hired them to clear a difficult drain backup. I had used them for many tears and once again when I called, they were here when promised and stayed until the blockage was resolved and cleared. I would never call anyone else. He was prompt, clean, respectful and above all he was fair even though it took him almost an hour of overtime that he did not charge us for. i left a message and asked to call me asap he called at 11pm and apologized for calling so late . I told him no problem and thanks for getting back to me . He came out next day on time , walked me through the problem as he was fixing it Derek may be young , but he knows His stuff , and fairly priced . I recommended him at my Rotary meeting today to all 60 members . thank you home advisor..
The original owner (who I had used for years) is no longer with the company. The guy who came out reeked of alcohol, though seemed fairly competent. After “clearing” the clog I asked him if he was sure he got it all and he said yes. Next day my drain backed up again. I called him and he came out at no charge, but it was a mess to clean up and time wasted waiting for him to arrive. He’s a friendly guy and seems to know what he’s doing (?) but I was very annoyed that he showed up smelling of liquor. That’s SO unprofessional.
