I don't understand how come FTD let's them represent them. My daughter sent me flowers today to surprise me. When I called to say she had ordered a deluxe arrangement and (my arrangement looked like my granddaughter did it) this didn't look deluxe. She also ordered only daisies, and some of the flowers were broken. There was no "Oh I am sorry to hear that we will redo your flowers for you. I wish you could see my flowers and you would just laugh.
Received a completely unacceptable limp, half-empty bouquet after my mom spent over $75 on a bouquet via FTD. Called FTD twice, called Sharon twice and after a week without response, was finally told they would deliver a new arrangement if I left the old one outside. The old arrangement - now a week old and very dead -was thrown away the day before. Sharon told me she wouldn't re-deliver without it and then hung up on me. Also, she says she has a broken rib and can't make arrangements or work right now. Stay away!
