I got amazing service from Humberto! I called late afternoon and was able to get an appointment the next morning. He arrived promptly, explained everything to me, and was very friendly. I received wonderful customer service and plan to call on him again when I ever need to:-) I would definitely recommend anyone calling him.

Humberto is the man! My A/C was completely out and I called him around 11:00 AM today (Sunday). He had 2 other jobs ahead of me (on the other side of Dallas at that) but estimated he'd be there between 2 & 3 PM. He called me @ 1:12 PM to let me know he was on the way & arrived a little before 2. He is very honest, professional, & polite and quickly & properly diagnosed the problems. Don't hesitate, you can call this guy. I found Humberto on the internet; and after reading a few reviews I decided to call him; it was the weekend and 110 outside. He was very honest diagnosing the problem, and after talking to a friend who used to be a HVAC cert., he told me Humberto could have easily concealed the problem, which would be more profitable to him in the furture, or would have convinced me to buy a new unit (which is what the big companies do) - and the price was very relatively low considering it was late nig... read more

A/C went out on July 1st at 8:PM, Friday. Because of the 4th holiday, I'm being told by all other providers that it'll be Tuesday before anything can happen. Great, I get to sweat for 3 days. On a whim, I call A Relax, and get Humberto just finishing a job in Mesquite. He agrees to come out to Carrollton, diagnose the problem, and then fixes it by 9:45. Very Honest !!!! Fixed my AC over the phone(at no charge) Has done work for other people that we know. Will always be happy to use him. It sure is great to have a great Ac/heat guy on hand!!!! This is our 2nd time to use him.
our a/c went out on saturday night memorial day weekend....we were doing a renovation on our house and i called our contractor who recommended 3 dallas companies...at 10:00 on a saturday night i called all 3 and got no response...i went on the internet and found humberto who had some great reviews...he answered his phone immediately and arrived at our house promptly the next morning....he informed us that the motor was shot on our a/c unit and he could not get a until maybe tuesday as it was a long weekend...however, monday ... read more
