Very prompt and fair price,I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
We decided to call Humberto after reading these reviews when our AC stopped cooling. He came out on a Saturday while it was raining and diagnosed our issue, a dead compressor. We had another company come out for a second opinion - they said our compressor was out of warranty when in fact it was under warranty and they were going to charge us three times what Humberto quoted us. Humberto is very prompt and professional, and we would use his services again.
This was a great service. He came right on time, he was friendly, and he diagnosed the problem quickly. He was very informative about what was wrong about our A/C unit and he was also informative on how he was going to fix it. He repaired it quickly and also gave good advice on A/C. We were really satisfied with the service. I recommend it!
Overpriced. Doesn't have the resources big companies have to correctly troubleshoot the problem. Good for basic problems.
My A/C gave out last night and it was pretty hot in the house. Humberto came early in the morning. luckily he had the part in the truck and got it fix in half an hour inexpensively. I will call him again.
This guy is great! He was at my house within an hour of calling to schedule an appointment. He explained exactly what was wrong and had my AC up and running within 30 minutes. I definitely recommend this guy!
Humberto was very nice and had my ac unit working in no time. He showed me the work he was doing and explained it to me in easy to understand terms. Humberto also told me how I could improve my efficiency, and explained the price but then said, " but that's not what you need. You need this part (the actual motor) to get the unit running to cool your house down." My A/C quit working Friday night. Called Relax Service at 6 in the morning to come fix. He was out by noon, knew exactly what was wrong, most importantly had a replacement part with him, and within 30 minutes had my A/C working again. When checking the Freon, he showed me the pressure before doing anything and let me know I didn't need any. Nice doing business with an honest person.
Umberto Trillo came out on Saturday right on time. He is the most honest technician I have ever dealt with and he knows his stuff. After evaluating my situation he showed me what he needed to do and how much it would cost. He actually weighed his freon bottle with me watching and then weighed it in front of me again after he added it. When he left my AC was running like a top. I recommend this person highly to everyone.
